This comprehensive plan includes replacing and improving streets and sidewalks and installing new lighting. New landscaping will significantly enhance the overall appearance of downtown and provide an aesthetically pleasing environment to promote future growth.
The installation of new pipes will ensure the distribution of quality drinking water to businesses and residents. This upgrade will also provide the foundation for future expansion with potential fire sprinkler systems and water services to empty properties downtown.
New sewer pipes will maintain wastewater standards for our downtown community. This enhancement will help improve services to businesses and residents and bolster the infrastructure for future economic growth and development.
Installation of a new underground conduit for electrical and communication services will be essential to the enhanced downtown. This will allow downtown businesses and residents to take advantage of next-generation technology. Undergrounding these services will help secure them from future storm and wind damage and vastly improve the appearance of the downtown streetscape.
